By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the order dated 08.01.2025, by which the petitioner has been transferred from Gokul Nagar Veterinary Hospital, Bilaspur (C.G.). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the transfer order has been passed in clear violation of the circular of the State Government as the petitioner is being transferred to core scheduled area in spite of the fact that the petitioner has already completed 15 years of service in the core scheduled area i.e. Dantewada and thereafter the petitioner has been transferred to Marwahi on 27.03.2015 and later on to Bilaspur in the year 2017, but again the petitioner is being transferred to Scheduled area which is contrary to the circular issued by the State Government. The petitioner also raised a grievance that the children of the petitioner are studying in Class 10th and 11th. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that to redress the grievance of the employees who have been transferred by the State, a committee has been constituted on 03.03.2025 and if the petitioner will approach the committee, said committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the State Government and grievance if any raised by the petitioner, the same shall be redressed within a stipulated period. 3 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the pleadings of the petitioner. 5. As the petitioner has raised some personal difÏculties as a ground for transfer of the present petitioner and as per the petitioner the order impugned is also contrary to the policy of the State Government. The petitioner is directed to approach the Committee constituted by the State Government and submit a representation within a period of 10 days. If the petitioner will file any such representation before the committee, the committee is directed to consider the same and pass necessary order in accordance with the policy of the State Government by considering the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of 20 days. The interim order dated 17.01.2025 shall remain operative till then. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the committee about the order passed by this Court. 6.
