Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in this case the investigating officer was changed and another investigating officer, who was appointed in his place has concluded the investigation and laid the charge sheet before the concerned Court vide C.C.No.144 of 2019 on the file of the III Special Judge for S.C. and ST, Rajamahendravaram. 3. In those circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the matter can be closed at the stage of admission, without going into the merits of the case, giving liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the concern Court for filing necessary objections if any, on the police report filed by the police, in accordance with law. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
