Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12934 of 2023 by order dated 20.06.2023 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos.11807 & 17770 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12934 of 2024 dated 04.08.2023 and 08.11.2023 respectively is relaxed. 4.
