Heard Mr. Mukesh Rathiya, learned counsel holding the brief of Mr. Ali Asgar, learned counsel for the petitioner, along with Mr. Abhinav Dhandhokar, learned counsel, appearing through video conferencing. Also heard Mr. Swajeet Ubeja, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent No. 1/State, and Mr. Samrath Singh Marhas, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “a. Quash the FIR No. 0613 of 2019 registered by respondent No. 1 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the IPC in Crime No. 0613 by respondent No. 1. b. To pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned State counsel submits that, in the present case, the charge-sheet has already been filed before the learned trial Court. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the same. 4. Prayer is allowed. 3 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
