1. The present criminal revision has been filed by the applicant being aggrieved by the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No.15/2018, whereby the learned Appellate Court has dismissed the application under Section 391 of Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the sole applicant Subhash Dighaskar has died and he has no legal heirs to contest the case further on his behalf.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection with regard to the submission made by the counsel for the applicant.
