Buch appearing for the petitioner places on record an order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Gujarat Panchayat Service Section Board Gandhinagar and addressed to D.D.O. Aravalli along with a decision taken in respect of present petitioner indicating that the petitioner shall be granted ad-hoc promotion. However, the same shall not be granted with retrospective effect as per the order. C/SCA/10158/2024 ORDER DATED: 25/04/2025 2.In view of above, under instructions, learned advocate Mr. Ninad Buch appearing for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner as far as ad-hoc promotion is concerned is redressed and therefore, with a liberty to challenge the order to the extent of not granting it with retrospective effect, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. 3.Liberty as prayed for is granted as the grievance of the petitioner qua grant of ad-hoc promotion is redressed, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the order dated 24.04.2025 to the extent of not granting the ad-hoc promotion with retrospective effect / deemed date. 4.It is clarified that this Court has not into the merits of the matter.
