This petitioner has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to reinstate him in his service with all consequential benefits and back wages, on the ground of parity. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case of the BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.09.23 11:03:18 +0530 2 petitioner is similar to the judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in WP(S) No. 3981 of 2012 and WP(S) No. 1032 of 2016 decided on 09.09.2015 and 20.06.2016 respectively wherein the petitioners were allowed to continue in service and would pray for considering the case of the petitioner at par with the petitioners therein. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the concerned authorities within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the eventuality of filing representation by the petitioner, claiming parity at par with the judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court, the respondent authorities are directed to examine and consider the the same in accordance with law on its own merits. 4.
