No.1509/2024 on the file of Principal Civil Judge and JMFC at Mysuru, seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the suit. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.S. No.1509/2024 is an election petition filed challenging the eligibility to hold the present post of President of first respondent. Learned counsel submits that the tenure of office is two years and the last election was held on 14.07.2024 and the suit was presented on 14.08.2024 and now set down for plaintiff's evidence. Learned counsel submits that if the suit is not adjudicated before the next date of election, the challenge made to the eligibility of defendant No.3 would render infructuous. 3.
