Riffle is pending consideration before the Respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Prayagraj. 2. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken. 3. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. From perusal of the record it appears that everyday large number of cases are coming before this Court for identical relief. Pursuant to the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 11.03.2025 in the case of Shivom Vs. State of U.P. & another (Writ C No. 4366 of 2025) (Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:35399), a Government Order has already been issued by the State Government on 10.3.2025 in which a direction has been given to all the District Magistrates to dispose of all such kind of applications within time bound period. 5. At this point of time, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent that the Respondent No. 2 namely District Magistrate, Prayagraj will take a decision in the matter, expeditiously. 6. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No. 2, District Magistrate, Prayagraj to take a decision on the application submitted by the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment.
