Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities and, as such, approached this Court. Mr. Vimal Kumar Shahi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that there are disputes in respect of a property and police authorities have no issues to address. However, if there are situations wherein the petitioner faces inconveniences, police may have to interfere. Accordingly, if fresh inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, petitioner will submit a representation afresh. Police authorities would consider the same in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24269 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. 2 All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
