OMP No. 786 of 2026 The present application has been filed in the admitted matter, with a prayer to release the amount of compensation,   granted   to   respondent   No.   1,   in   the present case. In view of the no objection by learned counsel for   the   appellant,   50%   share,   out   of   the   enhanced awarded   amount   along   with   upto   date   interest   be released in favour of applicant­respondent No. 1. The amount, so ordered to be released, shall be remitted to the bank account of respondent No. 1, particulars of which have been mentioned in para 6 of the application.
