ORDER:
Aggrieved by non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner for the work executed i.e., Construction of Gravelling and metal road from Nellore-Mumbai highway to Basavarajupalem Harijanawada in Atmakiru Mandal in the year 2019, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Heard Sri Narra Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the authorities have paid the entitled amounts so claimed by the petitioner and there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition.
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
