None represented for the petitioner. 3. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, the 4th respondent lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent police. The police called both the parties for enquiry and, after enquiry, found that the subject matter is purely civil in nature. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Sri Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel who filed the implead petition in this matter, brought to the notice of this Court that the civil rights of the parties have already been declared by the competent civil Court. 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except in accordance with due process of law.
