The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash FIR No.0636/2024 against the petitioners because prima-facie no material has been collected against the petitioners for prosecuting the petitioner in the offence under Section 306/34 registered on the report of the complainant/respondent no.4 in the crime no. 636/2024 registered before the police station civil lines, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition to file afresh as the charge-sheet has been filed in this case. 4. Learned State counsel endorses the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. 3 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet, if the matter survives.
