The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nirsa P.S. Case No. 298/2024, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Safdar Ali Naiyar, learned J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 08.09.2024, son of the informant namely Jiten Badhyakar went with the petitioner and thereafter he was found in an injured condition. Subsequently, he succumbed to his injuries. Statement of witnesses namely Dilip Bauri and Amarjeet Chauhan has been recorded in the Case Diary, in which they have stated that the petitioner and the deceased were found in an inebriated condition. The brother of the deceased came and took him and thereafter he died. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Safdar Ali Naiyar, learned J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad or his successor in connection with Nirsa P.S.
