The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order whereby the respondent no. 3 to 5 may kindly be directed to take steps for recovery at the earliest which is pending since last more than one year. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order whereby the respondent no. 3 to 5 may be punish for their ignorance in discharging their duties to follow the orders passed by their seniors officers and passed by the Labour Court. 10.3 Cost of the petition be allowed. 10.4 Any other relief may also be granted to the Petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit in facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that, pursuant to award passed by the Labour Court dated 12.9.2013, an amount of Rs.74,176/- has already been deposited with the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Korba on 21.2.2019. Thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to revive if cause of action still subsists. 3 4.
