The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 following relief:- “It is, therefore, prayed that, in view of above the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 19.09.2022 passed by the learned 11th Additional Session Judge Raipur passed in Criminal Revision (unregistered) whereby the order dated 14.07.2022 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Raipur rejecting the application under section 91 of Cr.P.C. which has been passed in Criminal Case no. 13747/2015 has been rejected and the order dated 14.07.2022 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Raipur and further the order dated 11.11.2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate whereby the learned Magistrate has rejected the application preferred by the petitioners under section 311 of Cr.P.C. passed in Criminal Case no. 13747/2015, in the interest of justice.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Case No. 13747/2015, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court. 3.
