Samarjit, learned DSGI assisted by Mr. N. Nongdamba, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. The present application has been filed with the limited prayer for correction of the typographical mistake which occurred in the order dated 20-12-2024 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 792 of 2024. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the Special Court (PMLA), Imphal West, appearing at sub-para 2 and sub-para 4 of the said order should read as Special Court (PMLA), Imphal East. Accordingly, a prayer has been made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants for correction of the said typographical mistake. Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said correction. In view of the submission made above, it is hereby ordered that the Special Court (PMLA), Imphal West, which is mentioned at sub-para 2 and sub-para 4 of the order dated 20-12-2024 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 792 of 2024 should read as Special Court (PMLA), Imphal East. With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
