When the matter came up on 16.12.2025, Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submitted that the respondent authorities have paid the amount entitled to by the petitioner. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions from the writ petitioner. 3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to personal inconvenience he could not get instructions from the writ petitioner. 4. In view of the above, it is needless to keep the matter pending and the same can be disposed of. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner feels that cause of action still survives, he can make appropriate application within a period of two (02) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
