Subsequently, an application bearing CM-8780-CII-2020 has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 20.08.2020, and notice in the said application was issued vide order dated 29.09.2020. Thereafter, on 09.11.2020, following order was passed:- “Neither anyone is coming forward on behalf of the petitioner; nor litigation expenses, amounting to Rs.25,000/- have been paid to the respondent in compliance of order dated 20.08.2020.
