Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that through oversight the ofoce objections remained to be removed. 3. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent opposes the Application for restoration and submits that there is no due diligence shown. 4. The order of 20th June, 2017 was passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) as the ofoce objections were not removed and the First Appeal came to be rejected.
