OMP No. 784 of 2026 The present application has been filed in the admitted matter, with a prayer to release the amount of compensation, granted to respondents No. 1 and 2, in the present case. In view of the no objection by learned counsel for   the   appellant,   50%   share,   out   of   the   enhanced awarded   amount   along   with   upto   date   interest   be released   in   favour   of   respondents   No.   1   and   2.   The amount, so ordered to be released, shall be remitted to the   bank   account   of   respondents   No.   1   and   2, particulars of which have been mentioned in para 6 of the   application.     However,   release   of   this   amount   is subject   to   the   final   outcome   of   the   main   appeal.
