Man Pyare Prabal) arising out of Case Crime No. 52 of 2020, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and Sections 7/13(1)A read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 as amended Act No. 2018, Police Station Firozabad North, District Firozabad pending in the court of Additional District and Session Judge/Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Meerut. On the matter being taken up, Mr. Shobhit Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application. Learned A.G.A. representing the State has no objection to the submission of counsel for the applicant. In view of the above, instant application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn/not pressed.
