Mr.V.Eswaraiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Mr.K.Sreedhara Murthy, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 states that he has objection for granting liberty. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner states that an affidavit of the petitioner is filed today seeking withdrawal of the writ petition and also
2 WP_9165_2018 that the matter, according to his instructions, is compromised with the Legal Representatives of the respondent No.5. Be that as it may. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition without any liberty.
