DR,J W.P.No.33394 of 2025 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of 3RD respondent on petitioner's Representation dt. 14.08.2025 submitted in Form 6A for Mutation and granting E-Pattadar Pass book and Title deed for his agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.84 cents in Old Survey No.389 (New Survey No.80-5P) situated in Sanivada Village, Srikakulam Mandal, Srikakulam District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on 3RD respondent under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and rules framed there under and offends articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3RD respondent to grant E-Pattadar Pass book-cum-Title deed to the petitioner and also mutate petitioner's name in all online web land revenue records for the applied lands, by duly processing his aforesaid representation ….”

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that despite submitting a representation dated 14.08.2025 seeking for granting e-pattadar passbook-cum-title deed and inclusion of the name of the petitioner in all online record of Rights, in respect of the property in question, no action has been taken so far. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has stated that as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land
DR,J W.P.No.33394 of 2025 and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, the authorities will consider the representation/Form 6-A application submitted by the petitioner and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons. 4.
Considering the above submissions made by both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation /Form 6-A application made by the petitioner on 14.08.2025 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
