Case No. 1248 of 2024 (Smt. Safiya Khatoon Vs. Shoyed Raza) by which an application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been rejected. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. 5.
