Case No. 296 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 20(b), 29 of N.D.P.S. Act., pending in the Court of Learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. It was submitted that 31 grams of brown sugar was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and the co- accused. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court .
