The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authority to take appropriate steps pursuant to the written complaint dated 22.05.2025 (Annexure- A) and written complaint dated 24.05.2025 (Annexure-C) made by the petitioner, and upon investigation, register an FIR. 2. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. 3. It appears from the record that a written complaint dated 22.05.2025 (Annexure-A) and written complaint dated 24.05.2025 (Annexure-C) made by the petitioner to the respondent authority, but the same has not been considered yet. Therefore, the petitioner approached this Court to lodge an FIR. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact, the respondent authority is directed to look into the matter and inform about the outcome of R/SCR.A/8681/2025 ORDER DATED: 25/06/2025 the same preferably within four weeks. 5. With the above direction the application stands disposed of. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. The liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum against any adverse decision passed by the police authority. Direct service is permitted. (HASMUKH D.
