ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not conducting fair enquiry/re-enquiry with regarding to the Cr.No.128/2024 of Rapthadu UPS by duly considering the complaint of the petitioner dated 08-11-2025, statements and materials which is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.…”
2. Heard Sri Pathi Siva Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet is also filed on 08.11.2025. The Special Court has taken cognizance of the offence vide Spl.S.C.No.202 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. In the light of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to recourse his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs.
