This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd 5th,6th respondents and their subordinates in continuously interfering with the petitioner's day to day business activities of Branch office at F.No.401, 4th Floor, Rams Plaza, Beside Pollocks School, 2nd Lane, Dwaraka Nagar, Ward-15. Visakhapatnam, by frequently visiting the branch, harassing, troubling the employees and director without any reason as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd 5th, 6th respondents and their subordinates not to interfere with the petitioner's day to day business activities of Branch office at F.No.401, 4th Floor, Rams Plaza Beside Pollocks School, 2nd Lane, Dwaraka Nagar, Ward-15. Visakhapatnam by frequently visiting the branch, harassing, troubling the employees and director without any reason, while directing the 2nd respondent to initiate departmental action against the concerned officials…”
2. Heard Sri SasankaBhuvanagiri,learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.AjayBabu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a case of interference of police in the day to day business activities of petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that police are not interfering in the day to day business activities of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
6. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
