Petitioner(s) versus 1 - State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Secretary, Department Of Higher Education, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Nawa Raipur, Atal Nagar District - Raipur Chhattisgarh 2 - The Commissioner Cum Director (Higher Education) Department Of Higher Education, Indrawati Bhawan, Nawa Raipur, Atal Nagar, District - Raipur Chhattisgarh 3 - Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board Through Controller Of Examination, Vyapam Bhawan, North Block, Section-19, Nawa Raipur, Atal Nagar, Raipur Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For petitioner : Mr. Rohit Sharma, Advocate For State : Ms. Anuja Sharma, Panel Lawyer For R/3 : Ms. Akanksha Singh, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas Order On Board 23.09.2025 1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.09.24 10:54:56 +0530 2 the respondents to permit the petitioner for verification of her documents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this case is identical to the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 9594 of 2025 (Dileshwari vs. State of C. G. and Another) on 10.09.2025, whereby after the last date fixed by the Directorate of Employment and Training, the petitioner was granted one opportunity to appear for document verification. 3. The facts of the present case are different from the facts of the case in Dileshwari Sahu (Supra). In the said case Dileshwari Sahu lost her parents. In such peculiar circumstances, no one was there in her family for last rituals, the opportunity was granted to her. Whereas in the present case, there is no such circumstance, therefore, this Court cannot allow the petitioner to participate in the verification of the documents as it will amount to re-writing of the time schedule given by the Department of Higher Education which is not jurisdiction and domain of this Court to exercise powers conferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, I am of the view that no case for interfere is made out. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge kishore
