ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents especially respondent No.3 in not conducting proper investigation in Crime No. 28 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025 about the death of the petitioners deceased son Vonnurswamy though she got issued legal notice dated 30.08.2025 and the action of the 3rd respondent is illegal arbitrary and against their obligatory duties and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct proper investigation in crime No. 28 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025 about the death of the petitioners deceased son Vonnurswamy by considering her legal notice dated 30.08.2025 and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Seshadri Goalla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that let there be a direction to the police to conduct proper investigation in the matter regarding the death of the son of the petitioner herein, in Crime No. 28 of 2025 dated
02.04.2025.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that in the light of the Post-mortem report and the findings thereon would suggest that the death of the deceased is due

to “Asphyxia due to ante-mortem hanging”. He would further submit that the investigation is still pending in this matter.
5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent No.3 is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and examine the contentions raised by the petitioner against the respondent No.4 and conduct proper investigation and file a report as expeditiously as possible and if necessary, the respondent No.3 can take the opinion of the Medical Board on the Post-mortem Report. There shall be no order as to costs.
