1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to decide the objection dated 04.08.2025 filed by respondents No. 3 & 4 and thereafter decide the claim of the petitioner for service cum death benefit, gratuity, pension and other BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.09.19 10:42:12 +0530

From perusal of the record, it is quite vivid that there is inter se dispute between the petitioner and mother & father (respondents No. 3 & 4) of deceased Set Kumar Patel who was working as Data Entry Operator in the Forest Department who died in harness on 09.06.2025. Therefore, at this juncture this writ petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file suit for grant of succession certificate in respect of grievances raised in the instant petition along with suit regarding succession certificate she can also file suit for other movable and immovable property.
