Sri Syed Ghouse Basha, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the main appeal, i.e., A.S.No.38 of 2011 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge (FTC), Bapatla, has already been disposed of during the pendency of the present Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the cause in the present revision does not survive and has become infructuous. 2.
