Hazrat Nizamuddin has been made by the learned JMFC on the ground that the complainant has not been appearing and has been taking dates. 2. There are more than 2600 cases in the Court and most of the time case exhausted in deciding the interim applications, witnesses at serial no. 3, 5 and 6 in the list of prosecution witnesses have been summoned for 24.11.2025. 3. It is therefore submitted that the extension be granted for about four months. 4. Though, the learned JMFC has sought time for extension but has failed to instate how many are the total prosecution witnesses out of which how many have been recorded.
