Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent - State. 3. On perusal of the record, there is a judgment and decree of the civil court in favour of the A1 and one Mr.Geddam Satish against respondent No.2/ de facto complainant in respect of the same schedule property. It is alleged by the respondent No.2 that the petitioners and other accused have beat the de facto complainant and intimidated him. In view of the filing of the charge sheet, the accusation against the petitioners is well founded. 4. However, considering the age of the petitioner Nos.2 and 4 who are male and female, their presence is dispensed with before the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Tadepalligudem except on crucial days of the trial. 5.
