GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ order or direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 in calling the Petitioner to Police station and harassing and ill- treating and forcing the petitioner to sign on the white papers and pressurizing the petitioner to compromise the case in Crime No. 277/2021 and Crime No. 16 of 2022 before the Narsaraopet II Town Police Station is illegal, unjust , arbitrary and unconstitutional and violative of Article 19,21 of the constitution of India and direct the Respondents No.2 not harass and ill-treat the Petitioner by calling to Police station and direct the Respondents not to force Petitioners to sign on the blank papers and not to pressurize the petitioner to get compromise with the Complainant in the Crime No. 277/2021 and Crime No. 16 of 2022, before the Narasaraopet II-Town Police Station and direct the Respondent to follow the due process of law” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that investigation is completed in this matter and charge sheet is also filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the police are not calling the petitioner to the police station. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
