Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 493/2023, registered under section- 417/376(2)(n)/323/504/379 of I.P.C, pending in the Court of Sri Vikram Anand, learned J.M., Ranchi. It is alleged that on the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is said to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix and later on, he refused to marry her. From the perusal of the FIR, it appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship since last seven years. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vikram Anand, learned J.M., Ranchi or his successor in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S.
