ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.’)/ Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), seeking to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.2 on bail in Crime.No.62 of 2025 of Gurazala Town Police Station, Palnadu District, registered against the petitioner/Accused No.2 herein for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1) and 308(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS’). Heard the

3. of Accused No.1, who is the sister of Accused No.1. A missing complaint was lodged. Accused No.1 is the husband of the de-facto complainant’s paramour. Two incidents were reported. One is on 14.03.2025 and another on 15.04.2025. In the second incident, the accused beat the father of the de-facto complainant and caused his death. Crime No.92 of 2025 was registered for the offence of causing death. The wound certificate of the de-facto complainant reveals that the injuries are grievous in nature. So far. 3 Dr. YLR,J CriP. No.10392 of2025 Dated 29.10.2025 eight witnesses have been examined. The petitioner was arrested on 29.08.2025 and he has been in judicia) custody for the past 60 days. The f petitioner is a permanent resident of Nadimapalli Village, Atchampet Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District, Telangana State, and he has got fixed abode. If he is enlarged on bail, he may not evade the process of law. The material portion of the investigation, insofar as the alleged role played by the petitioner is concerned, has been completed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature and
4. gravity of allegations levelled against the petitioner/Accused No.2, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.2 on bail with the following stringent conditions; i. The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall be enlarged on bail subject to he executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gurazala. ii. The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, on every Saturday in between 10:00 am and 05:00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 4 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.l0392 of 2025 Dated 29.10.2025 The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall not leave the limits of the District without prior permission from the III. The petitioner/Accused No.2 shall cooperate with the investigating officer in further investigation of the case and shall make himself available for interrogation by the investigating officer as and when required.
