Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the complainant lodged the report alleging in it that on 25-02-2025, two unknown persons came there and looted the amount of Rs.90,000/-. On the basis of report lodged by the complainant, the police registered the alleged offence against the applicant and other co-accused person. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first bail application was rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 09/07/2025 in MCRC No.4072/2025, therefore this second bail application is filed on the ground that complainant and son of the complainant have turned hostile, further charge-sheet has already been filed in the present case, the applicant is in jail since 03/03/2025 and the conclusion of trial is likely to take some time, therefore, he prays for releasing the applicant on regular bail. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 6. From perusal of the records, it transpires that this is the second bail application of the applicant and first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 09/07/2025 in MCRC No.4072/2025. Only ground which has been raised in this second bail application is that complainant and son of the complainant have turned hostile which cannot be a ground 3 to entertain this second bail application. 7. Accordingly, the second bail application of the applicant- Rahul Banjara, involved in Crime No.118/2025 registered at Police Station, Kotwali, District Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 309 (4) of B.N.S., is rejected. 8. However, this Court hopes and trusts that the trial Court shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. 9.
