1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition (s) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 4-6- 2025 (Annexure P/1) which is an appealable order under Rule 9(2)(a) of the CG Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rule 1966, therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable.
2. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take all permissible pleas before appellate authority and if an appeal is preferred within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the appellate authority shall not take plea of limitation and shall consider and decide the appeal, in accordance with law.
3. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ petition is
disposed of.
4. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of. Sd/-
