JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER This writ petition was heard yesterday along with W.P.Nos.28322/2025 c/w 28325/2025, 28326/2025. However, a contention was raised by the learned counsel for the respondent-University in this petition that the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38323 WP No. 27498 of 2025 petitioner belongs to 2022-23 batch unlike the petitioners in the other writ petitions. Therefore, the matter was adjourned only to enable the learned counsel for the respondent-University to secure instructions as to whether the petitioner belongs to the 2021-22 batch or 2022-23 batch. 2. Today, learned counsel for the respondent- University has filed a memo along with certain documents. Though various dates and events are given in the memo along with certain documents, learned counsel for the respondent-University submits on instructions that the petitioner belongs to 2021-22 batch. 3. In that view of the matter, since the petitioner stands on the same footing as petitioners in W.P.Nos.28322/2025 c/w 28325/2025, 28326/2025, the petitioner is entitled for similar benefit as was given to the petitioners therein. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38323 WP No. 27498 of 2025 4.
