Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. As the petitioner is in continuous possession of the subject property by constructing a shop and the respondents are interfering and trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions for the 4th respondent has submitted that the respondents are not interfering with the subject property. 5. Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
