However, in view of the averment in the petition that the entire amount has been paid, Mrs.Ananda Gomathy, without prejudice to the above submission, stated that she will advise respondents to consider and dispose the representation of petitioners keeping in mind the commercial interest of the bank. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
