We have heard learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 who says that the application will be decided in accordance with the procedure prescribed for deciding such applications. 4. In that view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of registration in accordance with law considering the detailed procedure and guidelines set out in paragraph 11 of the order of this Court dated 8th February, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No.2939 of 2016 (Pune District Suraksha Rakshak General Kamgar Union through President Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
