ORDER:
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of 3rd respondent in withholding the petitioner’s original 10th marks memo, Conduct Certificate, Intermediate marks memo, Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate as lien towards payment of 2nd to 5th year college and hostel fees though petitioner had dropped from the Homoeopathic medical course for the academic year 2024-2025 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the cause does not survive in the present Writ Petition as all the certificates, which are withheld by the respondents have been handed over to petitioner herein and in view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this case.
3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No
order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
