Heard Mr.K.Rajkumar for Mr.R. Bharath Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent. 3. The case of the petitioenr is that originally the patta stood in the name of his father and after his demise, the property was inherited by his legal heirs including the petitioner. The petitioner submitted a representation seeking for joint patta and since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for appropriate directions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12720 of 2025 4. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to make an online application seeking for joint patta by providing all the necessary particulars. On receipt of the same, the respondent shall act upon the on-line application and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the on-line application. 5.
