Civil First Appeal No. 390/2023, on its original registration number to hear the first appeal on merits, which came [2025:RJ-JP:45245] (2 of 2) [CRES-285/2023] to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 01.09.2023. 2. Counsel for the appellants undertakes to cure the defects, as pointed out by the registry, soon after restoration of the first appeal. 3. Taking into consideration reasons mentioned in the application and undertaking of counsel for applicants to cure the defects, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant application. 4.
