Admittedly, petitioners no. 2 to 4 earlier filed Writ-C No. 18863 of 2024. In the said writ petition, the petitioners were arrayed as petitioners no. 4 to 6. The said writ petition qua petitioners 2 to 4 (petitioners 4 to 6 in the earlier writ petition) was dismissed. The present writ petition is by seven persons. 2. We observe that on account of dismissal of earlier writ petition at the behest of petitioners 2 to 4 herein, there is misjoinder of cause of actions and we are finding it extremely difficult to examine the separate claim of each petitioner in a joint petition. 3.
