Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. Leaned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, West Godvari at Eluru to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.312/2016 in C.C.No.10/2018. 4.
